I had a warranty issue with a rod holder, and the response was courteous, speedy and they replaced the product via overnight FedEx. Highest recommendation possible.

Although my inquiry about a taller T top had a negative answer, Lisa was very prompt and quick to answer. Not all customer service has positive answers but great customer service has quick and knowledgeable responses. Thank you for the great customer service. Due to the height of my center console the T top would not work on my boat. I hope someday fish master may have a product that I can use
Fishmaster (Owner) What is your name I'm needing to drive down & have you guys install the wake towers on boats with the Bimini top to keep me cool on the water, do you guys do install there or just cell Monster tower products? Solid product. I ordered the UHF antenna mount and it was received quickly. Unfortunately I did not measure my hard top properly and the mount did not fit. I called Fish Master and left a message on the voicemail. Much to my surprise, my call was returned within 5min of my voicemail. The staff that called was super helpful and concerned about my needs.
