the staff is absolutely in a league of their own when it comes to stellar customer service. ALWAYS ready and willing to help you find EXACTLY what you need and answer all your questions. delivery is fast and the drivers are all fantastic. they have amazing products for everyone, consistently updating and adding to their menu. HIGHLY recommend!!
I’ve been here a few times now and always have a great experience. On my latest visit, I picked up a “Littles” weed pen, and it is pretty good. I like that it lasts long battery-wise and enjoyment-wise. I had purchased some gummies before that were really good. The quality was solid across the board. The drinks were honestly a highlight for me — super refreshing and actually tasted good (which isn’t always the case). I’m not upstate very often but when I am, I make sure to stop at Fishkill. I have the best service I have ever received from a legal dispo and I visit quite a lot. The Menu is constantly being updated with new products and the tenders are happy to assist when I had 1 million questions lol. They take card and have an ATM. And the MUSIC IS ALWAYYYYYYYS FIRE!!! Like as a side note, I’m always Shazamming while I’m here to add to my Apple Music 😂
I’ve been a regular customer here for a while and have always had positive experiences until today. I walked to the dispensary and realized I only had a photo of my ID on my phone.
