We had Fishers Custom Upholstery re-stuff the back cushions on our couch. They did a fantastic job and turned the job around in one day. We will be going back to have them work on the love seat cushions. My wife and I were more than happy supporting a local small business.
I sent pictures of my chair via email as I knew it would be a challenging job. I received a response that I would need to bring the chair in to be evaluated. I brought the chair to the shop. I was told I should have called first and would need to bring it back when the owner is there but that he’s rarely there! I was also told it could be 2027 before they could get to it, if they could do it at all!! It
Andrea was brilliant to work with. She did an amazing job reupholstering our 1780 English shield chairs. They look great and are very comfortable. Highly recommend!
Customer server grumpy lady. Only wants to do it their way. I tried to give woman a website to see the chair and she wanted me to send in a picture in a email. Then got an attitude when I explained my way was easier for both of us. Then gave me excuse of "I'm Working." Ultimately she hung up. She got in her feelings.
Andrea and Gary could not have been more helpful. I had a popped button on my sofa and they quickly fit me in their very busy schedule. It only took a few minutes to repair, but it was nice to be treated so well when they were receiving a very small fee in return. Love this company and will go back for larger projects.
