I can’t say enough good things about Fishers BJJ. I’ve been training here for almost 8 years, and it’s become much more than just a place to train — it’s a community. What stands out most is how truly family-oriented they are. Whether you’re a casual practitioner looking to learn, get in shape, and enjoy the art, or a dedicated competitor chasing the next level, Fishers BJJ has a place for you. The coaches and members create an environment where everyone is welcomed, challenged, and supported. During my year-long deployment,... read more
I’ve been training here for about a year and absolutely love it. The people are welcoming, supportive, and always willing to help, no matter your experience level. It’s a great environment to learn, grow, and challenge yourself without feeling intimidated. Everyone genuinely wants to see each other improve, which creates a positive atmosphere both on and off the mats. I’m grateful to be part of such a great community and would highly recommend this gym to anyone interested!
I have stopped in a couple of times when up in Indy area to train. This place is awesome and if I lived up here, this would be my home spot. Great instruction, chill people, and a really nice (and clean) place. 5 stars.
I’m honestly pretty frustrated after the call I just had. I called to get some simple questions answered, but the person I spoke with was incredibly dismissive and rude from the start. They didn't seem interested in helping at all, and the whole conversation felt like they were just forcing their own agenda on me rather than actually listening. I really expected a much better experience than this.
I tried my first class at 39 years old, not really knowing what to expect. What I found is a great sport, community and coach. You can tell Jason Kesler LOVES this stuff - he teaches these classes because he’s passionate about it and can’t help but grow anybody that comes through his door. You will learn cool stuff here. -Good class sizes -Convenient schedule for anybody -Great community of people -affordable -safety-oriented
