I worked with Sharon Stuart and was incredibly pleased. She was friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient, as was her legal assistant. My Chapter 7 case was rather urgent and Sharon got right down to business. She asked for something and I gave it to her, and the whole thing was over before I knew it. I had a wonderful experience with Michael Sandler. He efficiently handled my case from start to finish and was extremely easy to reach if I ever had any questions or concerns. Would 100% recommend.
Never got a chance to work with the Fischer law firm. My case was handed over to a different law firm called the Stewart law firm. Was not impressed with Mrs. Stewart knowledge of the bankruptcy code. The more I worked with her the more uneasy she made me feel through the whole process. Never had a in-person meeting with her, only by phone. If u have property and you have exemptions its best to work with a different attorney. Wish I could've worked with the Stewart law firm, instead of the Stewart law firm.
Michael Fisher was so helpful through such a stressful process. Was able to stop a garnishment immediately, also retrieve my funds back from that active garnishment! Very responsive, through email, easy to reach for a phone call. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend Fisher Sandler!!
