Becky Rice was amazing to work with today. There was a mix up/incident and with no hesitation and great customer service, Becky handled it with ease. Very customer orientated and the customer service received today from the company as a whole was amazing. I knew there was a reason I always get Shell gas, at their gas station at the West end and the Wast end of Havelock, NC. Great staff very friendly. I'm not a local, but I love the way they have a relationship with the people that are locals and frequent the store. Will come back for my firewood and snacks again!!
