Stopped in Merchant’s today from their dock. Manny was the absolute peak of customer service. What an awesome guy, and asset to the business!
They treat special needs employees poorly. Not only that, but they overwork and under appreciate all employees as well. If your last name isn't Fisher, you won't last here.
Becky Rice was amazing to work with today. There was a mix up/incident and with no hesitation and great customer service, Becky handled it with ease. Very customer orientated and the customer service received today from the company as a whole was amazing. I knew there was a reason I always get Shell gas, at their gas station at the West end and the Wast end of Havelock, NC.
