I've had 2 cars in Fisher-Griffin for new headliners over the past 2-3 years. With the first car, I received a call that they didn't have the shade of grey that matched the original color, and they asked if they could go a couple shades darker. I thought it was odd that they didn't carry "standard grey" material, but said "ok" and the resulting workmanship was fine.
