The owner is a great guy, I had someone else assemble my bike and they told me they took the red plastic out, it was clear they didn’t but Robert was still able to work with me and resolve the issue. He also was able to remain calm and diffuse the situation. We will be back for another bike and the extended family will be back to buy parts for their bikes. I’ve also sent his information to others in our RV park after they asked about my awesome bike.

Robert was so helpful! He had me check out the website to learn a little before my first ride. We scheduled a time when I could test ride the bike in an empty parking lot. That helped my confidence so much! I love the cruise control option because I have joint problems. I also bought the support seat which is wonderful! It's been years since I could get on a bike, dreams do come true!
I was on a mission when I walked into Fisher E-Bikes. I had already decided to get a Lectric XPress 750. I wanted a wide, padded saddle (seat). When I walked through the door I saw my bike, a white XPress 750 with the seat that I wanted, hanging on the wall. After Robert introduced himself, I asked him what the rock-bottom price was.
