This company is very rude and difficult to work with. I would use another service.
The software was full of bugs and did not run. We were not told the level of technical skills required to run the software. You need to know about server modifications and maintenance. It's also very 1990's looking. It's very poorly designed. It seems that the company is struggling to keep up with today's technology. The worst part is that when we decided the software wasn't working for us, they refused to give us a refund back. The software cost $10k.
