Terrible after sales support. Need a small part from them and cannot get any kind of response. $4k bike and is unrideable. So disappointing.
Purchased an electric bike UB600 from the pop up shop in Alphington from Clinton and Jodie. Service was very good. Had an issue with my bike about 2 months later and Clinton could not have been more helpful in rectifying. Bike is going so well and very very happy. Regards Brenda
