The pre and post-purchase service provided by FiSHAW (in particular Clinton in Southport, QLD) has been exemplary. Had bought the folding F30 E-bike 2 years ago but had hardly used it as life got in the way!! Anyway, when I went to use it last month, I had a couple of problems with the Ebike and took it in for a check. Clinton fixed it for us for next to nothing as it was so close to the warranty period having expired. Great service indeed and a trustworthy company. Thanks Clinton.

I recently bought a M300 mountain ebike and am loving taking on the back roads around Canberra. I also want to thank Fishaw for their awesome service when the motor on the new bike had an issue. Their service was so good after several phone calls, they flew someone to Canberra to replace the motor, no charge. Well done guys!!
