Fish world is a great place. The staff is very knowledgeable. We recently bought 3 fish from thereto start our tank and one of the fish brought home some ick. Two fish died. Their return policy is horrible. They only give 24 hrs. Their fish are overpriced so I doubt we will be shopping there again.

Good customer service, they will take care of you and answer any questions you have, but they wont follow you around pestering you either. Pets are always healthy. The only reason I didnt give them 5stars is because I feel they are a little overpriced, but hey, you can buy fish there and they wont die. :) Also bought a hamster there, and she lived for 4years.
This has to be the nicest pet store in Hinesville. The customer service is outstanding. They are very helpful and willing to walk you through every step you need in order to set-up your fish tank the correct way. I have never been in a store that is more helpful then Fish World. From the start to finish they helped me and answered all my questions plus give me advice on how to take care of my fish. I buy all my fish and supplies from them and have never had any problems.
