John is absolutely the best in the industry. I got exactly what I ordered and it came much faster then expected. It was packaged so well there was no way it could get damaged. When I called and asked for other accessories that would work with my tank he had all the answers and gave me parts numbers for me to order them. Go nowhere else. Thank you John for a great Tank.

5 Stars for an order I didn’t even receive yet! Unfortunately, a porch pirate snagged my Hydros gear after it was delivered. With a photo of it on my porch. They still went wayyy above and beyond by re-shipping the order (With a signature required) for me at no additional cost. A similar thing happened not long ago with another big ticket item that I purchased from S. W. A. D. C. and although they were empathetic to the situation, they told me I’m S.O.L. I’ll be ordering from Fish Tanks Direct from now on.
