Dave at Fish Tales was super helpful. He talked me out of another lake I had planned to fish and marked up a map to find the crappies on Fox Lake. My friend and I had a blast catching nice crappies - some pushing the 12" mark. I highly recommend stopping at Fish Tales before heading to the lake!
I like the owner is a decent guy...and he will help and talk to you. I think its important to be nice to the customers.
