Fish Lake Dock & Lift has been nothing short of exceptional. I have a vertical Beach King PWC lift and wanted to add a canopy—Greg was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to every email. Once we figured out the setup, Anna made the deposit and pickup process simple and seamless. When I arrived, Tom went above and beyond to help load the canopy and lift frame, even offering to be available via FaceTime in case I had questions during assembly. First of all, the Beach King dock system is the best I’ve seen. It is so rigid and sturdy, assembly is so easy. Leveling the entire dock with a drill on all the wheel posts is so easy. All wheels and accessories are mounted on the track on the side of the rails which are 2” x 7”. The 8’ x 12’ platform is one solid piece. 12’ rails welded to 8’ ends as one solid piece. Tom went above and beyond to work with us when our Dock was damaged by a recent tornado. His attention to detail and timely responsiveness was second to none. We compared several Dock companies and the quality at an affordable cost was what sold us. We would highly recommend Fish Lake Dock and Lift for their customer service, willingness to listen to our needs and complete the installation in a timely manner. I stopped by to shop for a lift. They were good enough to arrange a 7 am showing and walk through of the options on a Saturday. Sales person was thorough and answered all my questions. Great experience overall!
