I would give zero stars if I could. Many application issues weekly. And when a change needs to be made for one application make sure you very specifically provide details about exactly what your wanting because chances of them messing it up is very likely. Gotta open a 360 ticket for everything and even when you mark it as critical, don't expect any kind of response for at least a few days.
Fiserv froze my US Bank account for no reason, Had plenty of available funds to cover anything and i also have overdraft protection if I ever do go negative. had multiple bills not paid and many late payment fees and interest charges, tried to call them about a dozen times, last time I called they couldn't verify who i am and they hung up on me, terrible customer service, if you can even get thru, Zero stars

This company is a piece of cr@p. They, without any reason, locked my account that I was using only through my USBank account. I was on the line for 2 hrs awaiting an agent to respond and still wasn't able to get hold of them. What kind of customer service is that????
