I am absolutely shocked at the poor level of customer support. I signed up to begin processing for my business, at the recommendation of Field Pulse. All seemed to go smoothly, after a quick and easy process I was given the green light by Fiserv, to process payments. This is where it all fell apart. The first payment, produced an error, "Invalid Merchant ID".
