Those who want a more supportive and democratic bar did well in the 2019 elections. The co-chair of Bar Nominations committee called June 20,2019 to see if I might be a candidate in 2020, but I've given my word to help others if nominated. If I ever run it would be in the small-county year of 2022. Thanks to those who ask.
I forget I have this page but then get notices people view it. I was running this year until I was offered the next atty seat on the State Commission for Judicial Conduct-- and other issues arose. I called Larry McDougal who has been fighting for a more supportive bar for years and he agreed to run. He is campaigning hard. Also Diane St Yves, Kellye Hughes , Yolanda Mares - Kate Bihm and David Sergia are running for director. Good people with good issues. Please support them.
