Mr. Fischer is a wonderful attorney. His advice is valuable and his communication skills are on parr. He does what he says he will in a timely manner. Tells you what he expects from you and lays out what to anticipate in possible outcomes of your case. I believe he has the best interest at heart for his client and their family. I hired Fischer to represent me in my divorce decree modification that my ex was requesting to change. He claimed he was a board member from the Texas state bar, which was later determined to be a lie. I paid him $2000 retainer fee and he couldn’t even get my complete name correct on a simple court document that didn’t cost more than $100 to submit. I have never had Mr. Fischer as an attorney, but I would like to say he is very unprofessional. I am 20 years old with a college degree and have my life set. This man replied to one of my comments on Facebook that I was just a “frigging server” and didn’t make enough money to pay for taxes. He also said I didn’t even know how to spell a sentence and that statement was enough for him to not be speaking to me yet HE replied to ME RUDELY and still had the audacity to say I’m a nobody, to get a GED when he knows nothing of me.
