Jen was a wonderful help this tax season. I’ve always done my taxes myself, but got in a bit over my head this year and reached out, and she was able to get me squared away in a fraction of the time I was spending trying to figure out everything out. Saved me a huge chunk on what I was going to owe with her expertise and knowledge.
Very friendly staff. I went here recently to get my taxes filed, and seeing as i file a 1099, I was worried this would complicate my process. With Fischer and Kelly, that was not a problem at all. After asking me a few questions, and receiving my tax forms, they had me taken care of. If you are planning on filing your taxes, go through these them, they are good, honest people!
So I’m a new customer who dropped off my tax documents last week to get worked on. The receptionist called me last week to make an appointment for today, which I thought was for tomorrow. I called to reschedule my appointment because I am in school all this week and next and asked if I could have a phone call appointment and the receptionist basically chastised me for being a no-show appointment.
