I can barely put into words how great Candace (and Jane) are at what they do. Candace's sparkling personality makes the entire process enjoyable, and her calm and relatable explanations provide great peace of mind with the plan forward. For me, personally, Candace ran a full assessment and helped me understand the concerns I (and my wife) had with my own hearing. I believe the word amazing is overused and has lost it's true meaning. However, when it comes to Candace the word describes her and her skills perfectly. She is very very good at what she does and more importantly, how she does it. She is sincere and patient when it comes to the Hearing Assessment and recommendations. Highly recommend!
