Update: I have been using this firm for a ongoing case that is now a few years old. I have spent thousands of dollars towards this case and have a small balance of a few thousand dollars. I spoke explicitly with the firm that there were key pieces of evidence I felt should have been submitted towards todays motion. Nothing was filed and and the judge kept saying “ I don’t see anything”. Well you can’t see what is not submitted! I personally feel that my case is not important to this firm due to the balance.
