I was having an issue with gathering 7 to 10 years of bank statements for my granmother who's currently getting long-term and needed another supplemental medicaid policy to support her stay. I finally spoke to Chris at the Berwyn branch and he was honest and worked hard to make it happen for me before the approval meeting I have on the 6th of this month. Thankyou Chris

My Daughter and I were greeted warmly by Lou and taken through various steps to accomplish why we were at the Bryn Mawr Branch. We had questions and he always had the answer!
Set up phone appointment. Reminders were sent confirming the appointment and said they would call. They did not call. Edit: Called directly a different day and got Chris who was absolutely fabulous and helped me right away. Service is great, when you get through to someone.
