We did a increase on our Home Line Credit and Lewis was fantastic and helped expedite the process! He went above and beyond!
Updating this review- I think we just caught them on an off day. Went back the next day and had a great experience with Tony and Stephen, who took care of everything we needed. Still haven't gotten a response from corporate on the online account. But Tony and Stephen have promised to stay on it until that gets worked out. "The whole response seemed ... ."

After having received a text message confirming my appointment I was somewhat surprised and also a little perplexed at the fact that no representative at the location was aware of the appointment. After explaining the reason for the appointment and confirming the text message I waited for someone from Firstrust to arrive. Once it was evident that a representative had not arrived I was approached by a bank employee named Gavin. The customer service people are always very friendly. It was nice to be able to get back to my bank to take care of a couple of things I needed to do.
