They have held my money with no way to retrieve it. I also cannot contact anyone to resolve the issue. Ive been a victim of fraud from them and now the website isnt working and I am screwed.

Firstrade is a very bad place to do business with. This company is not legit, I had someone try to make adjustments to my account now they locked it and keep giving the royal run around every time I called. I`m getting the Attorney General involved with these fraudsters.

I can't get my money back from my account, they find all kinds of excuses for delaying, it's been a month since I communicated with them, and I still haven't gotten my money!Whe you want to withdraw any money from your account there will be some reason they can't do it.They will delay giving you the money any way they can, for as long as they are able and they will make it as difficult as possible to get your money out. Stay away from this brokerage! I have been transferring money monthly. I had something come up and needed a portion of my account in cash. I was shocked to find they wanted my drivers license and copy of my bank account before they could transfer into the same account the my have been withdrawing from for months. I complied. Days later my account is still locked. Then they came back and said my name does match exactly. When I initially tried opening an account, they asked for additional documents, which I previously provided. Then they requested a copy of my signed ss card. Then they said the additional information (ss card) submitted didn't match my initial application (it all matched). After submitting all of the requested documents, some 2x. They said they were unable to complete my request and I would have to start all over again with a brand new application and account request, which I did. With this company more than 16 years, got shocked today. They would charge me $75 for moving one account to another company, $55 for moving part of my account. Otherwise, they would hijack $500 of my money from my Firstrade account. Never signed a contract showing these high fees before. I withdrew and transferred before without so much fee. Associates lied and said every company charges this high fees. ******** and ********* do not.
