I moved a lot of my banking to FirstOntario a year or so ago and ever since, they have made me feel welcome and not just a banking account number. Steph has been great to deal with, very clear communicator and turn around time on requests is excellent. Front line staff always friendly and helpful.

What’s the point of having an ATM if members can’t use it after opening hours
As a member, I find it extremely frustrating that I can't access the ATM after hours and on weekends. I should not have to drive to Ancaster or Hamilton just to deposit money in my account because vagrants have been found sleeping inside the branch lobby. There are solutions that need to be put in place, card access to the lobby, security patrols. Time to do something about this!
