Absolute trash service and disrespectful staff members
The worst credit union and bank institution. I don't know how they survive. The application is down most of the time. The rules for the mortgages are terrible. The staff is very polite at this location.
Every time I need to withdraw cash after a 12 hour day at work, the door’s are CONSTANTLY locked for the ATM. They removed the drive thru ATM so I am unable to access MY OWN MONEY. Then because I need cash in a time sensitive manner, I have to go to another bank and pay to have cash removed from my account. This location is incredibly inconvenient. Don’t waste your time.
