Jim a loan officer was very rude to me over the phone when I asked about getting a construction loan. He was like he can't finance my land lot loan into the construction loan and that my land in Pueblo isn't work that much when it appraised very high last year. Jim was very unprofessional over the phone and he shouldn't be working there if he can't have better customers service. He was like rudely saying then go with other banks. So now I don't recommend this bank for any loans.
Love banking here. Great staff, always helpful and informative.
