FirstMate Pet Foods claims to have never had any recalls on their products, even though I have witnessed first-hand their foods regularly make pets sick. Their ‘batch audits’ are a sham and never result in any ‘significant findings’ for bad batches of food and will instead offer to send coupons to keep customers quiet. They gaslight customers with their pre-saved responses, and offer no recourse after $2k+ vet bills for their products that have not been properly tested.
