Firstmark has an amazing gift for making simple tasks prohibitively complex. Do not bank there unless you have a LOT of free time to deal with their ever changing processes.
I have been a member since my first days of teaching (1976ish) when it was called SATCU. It is only 3.5 miles from my home. I have ALWAYS had an excellent experience with them - whether a car loan, lobby or just the drive thru. I was VERY saddened to see ‘an insert’ in my bank envelope the other day that said the Gulfdale branch would be permanently closing on May 5,2021!!!! Paper statements always work better! The gentleman at the counter did not retain the information about the account number or the transaction. We had to repeat it three times. That scares me especially with my money.
Melina Is the best, I came in the bank angry and cranky because things weren’t getting done and she called me down she did her job she got on my four accounts humming I’ve been trying to work them out for over year and she resolves all my issues in less than 20 minutes. This is my favorite branch and it just got better thanks believe it for all your help and thanks to Firstmark for being such a great place to visit and do business with
