Worse place ever! I don’t recommend it at all and if I can i would put 0 stars! They call me same day an hour before my appointment to tell me that they have to cancel because they don’t have enough physiotherapist to take me in when I book with time and explain that is urgent to start and the receptionist apparently don’t talk to each other because they didn’t give me a solution just that they don’t have people and the only physio there was fully booked! Came here for my coccyx issue after being referred by my GP. The reception staff was kind and helpful. Andrew was an understanding physiotherapist as well who patiently listened to my complains and my issue was resolved in just 2 consultations which was a great relief! I was however disappointed that the comfort seat for coccyx pain was ordered directly without the price being discussed with me beforehand. I wasn't aware and unfortunately had to shell out $75 out of pocket because this wasn't in cover by my private insurer. ... read more
The truly professional and experienced physiotherapist I had was Ben. Knowledgeable and able to listen and engage with your p/therapy needs. Excellent team
I highly recommend this practice, especially Ben. He was able to diagnose the pain I was suffering from in my neck and shoulder, and within the first visit I immediately felt better. The reception staff are very lovely and caring, thank you to Ben and the team.
I recently went to see Ben at Firstline Physio for multiple sports-related injuries (shoulder traps, hamstring, wrist). Ben was attentive, knowledgeable, personable and easy to communicate with. He really went above and beyond to provide the best care possible, answered any questions that I had, and also provided great advice on conditioning exercises I could do at home to help me rebuild strength in those muscles.
