On my first visit , Kim from reception was lovely and polite , her customer service was on point. I went in and saw Micheal for my treatment and he is such a welcoming and down to earth guy , he really knows his stuff and explained it in a clear manner which I could understand. I was very happy with my first visit and looking forward to my ongoing treatment.

I have DDD Degenerative Disc Disease as well as bursitis in my hip. I have had surgery to numb temporarily though didn't realise how bad my back has responded to lack of mobility. Ben in my first session sat with me to go through my history as well as showing off my lack of movements. After some muscle massage I will call it found exactly where I need to focus on. Yes this is a bit long but saying he is the best physiotherapist I have seen over the years just needs to be explained. So greatful I found him xx
