My girlfriend has been trying to get a title taken care of for about 2 months through this bank and David told her he would send it well that never happened so she called David again to find out about the title and to Inform them that the vehicle in question was awarded to her from a judge on the 18th but when David got on the phone instead of talking with my girlfriend professionally he just hung up on her. Very poor work ethics at this place.
Their System is almost never working. They lock up my account for no reason, when they say they “fixed it” they never did. I’ve been with them for over a year and I’m thinking about changing banks because I’m tired of always calling them and going to them for their mistake.
