Shout out to the two lovely EMTs from first health ems today in chatham county for taking care of my son and being super understanding and handling the situation with Grace, empathy, compassion and so much more. These two ladies were so kind and helpful in a very stressful situation for my family, I can't sing their praises enough! You two will go very far in whatever you choose to do in life, please don't ever change. From the bottom of my heart thank you.

Went in for prescription refills. Was told they wouldn’t refill meds by Tracy Phillips. Had a uti no meds was prescribed for that either waste of time . Was trying to tell Pa Phillips my health history since I never saw her . Well she took it as me being a bully. I guess me being concerned about my health made her made. Been on depression meds for years and she acted like I abuse medication well I don’t. Loved this practice til I had this experience after dr Garlick left. Really sad 😞

Firsthealth of Chatham County saved my life on July 8, 2017. I had had a heart attack at home, but wasn't sure exactly what was wrong-- just that I was severely diaphoretic, could barely move and felt miserable. I live alone, called my kids and said not to call 911, but they did anyway. Thank God they did. The Chatham Co EMS team was there in no time, found the key hidden in my yard, and came in. I had a cardiac arrest just before they put me in the ambulance, but they got the heart started again. Long story as short as poss... read more

I have had to use First Health 3 times in the last year...courteous, timely, able to ask questions/and respect answers...Never had used an ambulance before, so I cannot compare, thank the Lord, but I have no complaints and only complements
