Unfortunately I been doin mine My business and my close families Taxes with this Firm where he was a small shop for almost 13 years. I always believed this guy was a Certified accountant but unfortunately no CPA just found out. Nobody answers the phone the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and then they get mad at me because no one answers the phone and I have to go to the location to complain in person. If you’re looking for someone to help, don’t call these guys.
