Never have a problem at the Burk location. The people are always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend banking here.
It's great. The employees at Burk are the best. Won't mention names, they know who they are!
When asked to make sure a payment went through they chose to pay something else instead of paying what was supposed to be paid after speaking with a local representative from the bank on Friday morning and was told nothing would be processed until Monday morning.i am not happy at all.
Positive experience, great staff, would recommend!
