When asked to make sure a payment went through they chose to pay something else instead of paying what was supposed to be paid after speaking with a local representative from the bank on Friday morning and was told nothing would be processed until Monday morning.i am not happy at all.

I was having some issues with my account and the folks at prosperity were so welcoming and friendly. They got the problem fixed in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the service they provided.
First Capital Bank was amazing! These people charged me $10 dollars to cash my payroll check even though it was the bank that the check was written through!! First Capital never did that!! Very disappointed.
