My banking experience through First Capital Bank was a very stress free experience for the more than ten years I was with them. After First Capital Bank was acquired by Prosperity Bank my experience has changed over the last few months. Overall, I have not run into many significant issues. The staff however has become more apathetic to any issues you may have and will assist you at a bare minimum in resolving any issues you may have. I will likely start looking into other banking options in the coming weeks.

This bank has replaced customer service with harassment and theft. My fifteen year old works for a local restaurant with a great reputation, but they use First Capital as their payroll bank. Each time she tries to cash her paycheck they harass and delay, even though the check is drawn on their bank! Today they refused to cash the checks at all. Justin Fleming with FirstCapital Bank has been absolutely amazing to work with! I highly recommend him to anyone needing a loan!
