When I got the mortgage I sent everything they asked for. Whenever the asked for something else I responded same day. Left things out until last day almost didn’t close on time made it by 1 hour. Now that the loan is paid off was given completely wrong information on how to make the last payment. They got last payment twice. They say the refund check was sent from the next state over but it’s been 2 weeks and still have not received it. If I want them to stop payment it will be AT LEAST another 2 weeks.
Highly recommend Thomas Moore and First Bank Mortgage!!! Will use them again.
