My dad went missing on April 1st this year. I have a POD at this First Bank Location off Elmore Rd. In Crossville, TN. I also have a durable Power of Attorney over my dad's estate that this bank refuses to honor! This bank will not allow me to move my dad's money (leaving at this bank) into a higher interest money market plan that will allow the money parked there to grow at 3.6%. Why would they do this?
