I like FirstBank now, they have made a lot of positive changes that desperately needed to be addressed. The next issue that FirstBank needs to address is the condition of their ATM’s, and the lack of ATM’s. There is one close to my house, but it’s out of service half the time seemingly. I also would like to have a 24/7 number for urgent issues, like if my card was mistakenly turned off, which actually happened. The interaction was very pleasant. Staff is very polite and professional.
The other now closed branch was more convenient for my family. Today neither of the Dalton ATM's worked and I had to go to another city. I really like using FirstBank but I wish there was a working ATM.
