Cassie is rude and should not work with customers. I’ve been with FirstBank since it was FSG and have never had anyone be so ugly.
Opened a checking account a few months back and just now getting everything moved over. Been impressed with the service so far! Looking forward to building a good relationship with Firstbank!
Once I got used to the online banking it was great. Staff at Hixson is awesome , especially the young gentleman that works there. Always friendly from the get go. But the Hixson branch needs to be able to print a debit card in that brand new fancy building. I waited and waited for over six weeks and never received my debit card after the manager Lisa ordered it. So I finally decided to drive downtown and they were able to print a debit card that day. First Tennessee has always been able to print a new debit card no problem. ... read more
