They do pretty good sometimes
Terrible customer service. Had a charge come out a day early and overdraft me $7. So they charged $35. When I called to see if they could help since it was my first time ever overdrafting I was told that they can’t do anything for the first fee but if I continue to overdraft in the future they may be able to help me. This is such a backwards policy
They charged me a $30 overdraft because I was 46 cents short. They don't offer overdraft protection. These charges are obsolete and simply a way to scam their own customers. I had only 2.52 in my checking and it was a 2.99 auto pay. I did not have a phone so I was unaware of the issue but didn't have the 46 cents anyway. I am on a fixed income and went without food the last few days of October. I closed my account after being a loyal customer for several years.
