Terrible customer service. Had a charge come out a day early and overdraft me $7. So they charged $35. When I called to see if they could help since it was my first time ever overdrafting I was told that they can’t do anything for the first fee but if I continue to overdraft in the future they may be able to help me. This is such a backwards policy

They charged me a $30 overdraft because I was 46 cents short. They don't offer overdraft protection. These charges are obsolete and simply a way to scam their own customers. I had only 2.52 in my checking and it was a 2.99 auto pay. I did not have a phone so I was unaware of the issue but didn't have the 46 cents anyway. I am on a fixed income and went without food the last few days of October. I closed my account after being a loyal customer for several years. I was charged $30 overdraft because I was 0.46 short with my checking. This is no more than being punished for being poor. If I didn't have 46 cents what made them think I had 30 dollars. I am alone here and no one to borrow money from and my gov benefits had been hacked. My money card, my phone, and my Internet were unavailable so this was just adding insult to injury.
