I always have a good experience with FirstBank -- in person and on the telephone. The Bank Fraud department called about a suspicious charge on Sunday. One of the charges was fraudulent. My card was blocked, and I went to the bank to get a replacement. Everything was handled quickly by the customer service representative. I visited the teller while there: as usual it was fast and friendly. I LOVE everyone at FirstBank on Main Street in Linden.
