Great service from Holly!! She was quick and really helped solved a wire issue that I was dealing with.
In order to get my house loan, the bank gave me a competitive interest rate which they guaranteed would stay even after the loan was finished. Sure enough, three months after the loan was written, they lowered the interest rate without approval by 60%. Unethical business that I will never work with again.
Incompetent staff. Never enough people in the branch. I will be moving all of my accounts to SmartBank.
Since the new take over its not the same anymore mostly all new people I miss Melinda at the drive thru she was great sociable and fast . The ones that are on the drive thru now they are not sociable there are no name plates at window so you don't know who you are dealing with. When you get your bank statement make sure you really check it over i have found mistakes a couple of times. It seems like the drive thru has been closed quite a few times that I needed to cash a check and its hard for me walking if things keep going ... read more
Disappointed in the Tullahoma location. Our usual location is in Henderson and they have so much more of a hometown, friendly feel. They treat you more like friends than just another customer. What was also disappointing was they didn't have a restroom available for us. So... we have multiple accounts with y'all and an auto loan and we can't use a restroom when we are there on bank business? Ridiculous. I think y'all should do better.
