We have been at this bank for 15 years love dealing with them. We have had car loans and we have our savings and checking here. Only thing they need to change their drive thru hours googles says 815 and it's 830

Very unprofessional staff and always going to call you back, but don’t ever call you back. I’ve attempted to speak with someone about recently opened account but it appears that they just want to get you hooked in and then leaving you hanging, waiting on a phone call that they will never return. First Bank, get your act together or you will lose business quickly.
