Went to this branch today and was told they couldn't deposit my check!!! No further explanation, just basically "no". I've had an account with firstBank for 11 years. I also deposited a check from the exact business and the exact dollar amount on 7-8-2024 with no issues. I'm sure I could be considered several things but I am not a thief and I don't appreciate being treated like one! I will not be doing business at the Dickson location again.
Been banking here for 23 yrs. The reason is that I always get good service by phone, in person, or drive thru. I also like the free Notary service to bank customers.
