Always very friendly.
I went in to open an account for my business trust; everything went well and they said they were sending me documents to e-sign to open the account. A couple hours later they send me an email out of the blue saying my trust was denied an account so of course I wanted to know why. Never had a single issue opening an account. My credit is good and I keep roughly a quarter million dollars in rotation. Their response: we’re looking into it and we’ll call you tomorrow.
