The staff in here is always rude, and incompetent. I HAVE to pay my rent in money orders and each month I come in to get that and a staff member gives me a hard time every single time!! I understand it may not be the most convenient process but it’s what I HAVE to do. You’re my bank aren’t you? I don’t see why I can’t go in and get a money order. First bank used to be a good bank now it's just like any other big bank hungry for money. They started charging monthly for a checking account among other things and because I have been with them for so long I didn't have a problem. However the manager of this location decided to close my checking account and credit card for missing one credit card payment when I was out of state.
