First bank used to be a good bank now it's just like any other big bank hungry for money. They started charging monthly for a checking account among other things and because I have been with them for so long I didn't have a problem. However the manager of this location decided to close my checking account and credit card for missing one credit card payment when I was out of state. The ATM ar this location is down more than any other I've ever seen.
I’m giving these people one star because I just recently went through getting scammed and I put a dispute in at my bank and was told that they could not refund me the money after two weeks of waiting. I was scammed and showed all kinds of proof to the bank what these people were doing to me text messages, emails, etc. And was told I had to go through Apple Cash which I also did and was still unable to retrieve the money so I have lost a total of $450 Due to scammers.
