Romy is the BEST. THE ENTIRE STAFF, off the charts excellent. I really don't think Ive ever had a more complete experience over 15 years of banking. Do you want to feel appreciated as a customer, open an account.

First Bank has incredible customer service. We have had our business account with them for years. Everyone there is knowledgeable and helpful.
This is my favorite bank ever. Very “small town” feel, same people working there and they actually interact and remember me when I come in. I was waiting for the clerk to get back to me on something and was asked by 3 different employees if they could help me, even offered to make me coffee. Very attentive and willing to take care of their customers!
