The lady who served me did so in an arrogant manner, what bad, unfriendly service
First Bank has incredible customer service. We have had our business account with them for years. Everyone there is knowledgeable and helpful.
This is my favorite bank ever. Very “small town” feel, same people working there and they actually interact and remember me when I come in. I was waiting for the clerk to get back to me on something and was asked by 3 different employees if they could help me, even offered to make me coffee. Very attentive and willing to take care of their customers!
Horrible customer service! My original bank (Franklin synergy) recently merged with First bank. I had a major fiasco getting a debit card. The manager of this location “blamed it on my address was not listed with my account”... total B.S, Now I’m going through the same struggles getting checks! Again this same manager “ well your a new customer here and we need you to come in so we can order your checks” This location is not equipped to provide a temporary debit card or checks.
