Had a pretty bad experience this past Wednesday I can't remember her name but she is a tall light skin on the heavy side lady that for some reason it seems like she doesn't like her job, she was rude,unprofessional and demanding .she felt intitle to do "≠it her way " and refused to help me out figure some paperwork.she ended putting on hold on my check
I've been with this bank for years the past 6 months have been absolutely terrible. I haven't had access to my money and when I call it never gets resolved and im either stuck somewhere or even can't get something as simple as grocers. Tommorow im switching. Don't start an account here. Oh and just noticed all of these banks are rated not good.
We went to first bank where my Significant Other has an account. I had something to cash and thought it might be difficult. I was pleasantly surprised that they helped us out. The Manager and Teller were very nice and helpful. I've had issues with this location before and I'm happy to say it was a welcome change ☺️
