Terrible service ,lots of abiguity, manager has no respect for your account privacy lack of profesionalism there were about 6 tellers all standing behind one computer looking at my account info manager was grouchy and on the phone

Terrible service. Lazy, incompetent employees who act as though you are bothering them by coming in. I went in and asked the girl for both my checking and savings account statements but she only gave me the checking account statement. I couldn’t have been more clear. She did get me the other account statement after I asked but of course there was no apology or anything. The employees stand around and let customers wait while they talk. first bank used to be pretty decent. their customer service has gone down hill. From waiting 20 minutes in a drive through when you are only one of two cars with no one acknowledging you are there, to their call center that could care less how they treat you it is not a good place to bank. I know some branches were closed, so when things are going well you do not close branches. Poor managers allow terrible customer service from the people you have to interact with. Just total Garbage.
