One of the most unprofessional managers I’ve ever seen. Couldn’t even come talk to me, just extremely rude. Don’t care to help their customers, I thought that was the point of a bank to help out not just shut every customer out. Maybe you guys need to do better on picking people who actually are willing to help customers out. Ridiculous

Well, first I should say it's not the banks fault. I've been a customer for almost 20 years. I have watched 1St Bank turn from a customer service based Bank to a bank where I felt uncomfortable. I did not complain when tellers were rude, when it was difficult to withdraw money or even when my online password never worked. I just kept banking there because of my laziness.
