I have been a member of First Bank for over 30 years in good standing and have had over 100k in the bank ,at that time even the President called me to try to get me to invest it for their benefit, I have never asked for anything and I asked for a loan of 6,000 and was denied when I have an EXCELLENT credit rating, you would think banking with a company for over 25 years and you asked for a measly loan they could accommodate you but they don't so if you're looking to open a new bank account long-term I suggest you look elsewh... read more

One of the most unprofessional managers I’ve ever seen. Couldn’t even come talk to me, just extremely rude. Don’t care to help their customers, I thought that was the point of a bank to help out not just shut every customer out. Maybe you guys need to do better on picking people who actually are willing to help customers out. Ridiculous
